instead of giving myself weight goals…it will be my goal to lose 2lbs every week. That way it’s short distance and feels more manageable. If that happens then I’ll be under 200 by June.
I need to get a trainer or something just so I can learn wtf to do
I’ve been overweight I feel like my whole life. But I’m evenly distributed and I’ve never been really critical of my body. I’ve always been comfortable, I guess.
But lately I hate how I look and feel. I can’t fit into any of my jeans. I’m trying to get the motivation back that I had when I first started this blog. I’ve tried two times since I’ve let it go almost a year ago.
Idk. I’m just really unhappy. And apathy is not my friend.
